"Been shopping this evening at Tesco Extra on Vernon Way in Crewe and the lady from the bakery department was absolutely brilliant. She offered to help before I even thought of asking. I was buying products to make a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday and the assistant named Jane Stringer explained what I was after on my shopping list. She made it so much easier for me and deserves a big thank you. Excellent customer service 100%"

"The store is fine and I generally have no major comments apart from the number of online orders collecters in the store. I get that it's Christmas and they probably have loads of seasonal staff, but it was carnage. They shear number was an issue, but they left their trolleys all over the place, blocked access to products for people doing shopping and were generally inconsiderate. As it was a subtle issue I would have normally contacted the customer service email rather than doing a review, but Tesco's don't seem to want accessable to their customers."
